I had s very good experience as I had not used this plumbers via The Heating Plan boiler service before. The plumber that did the work was thorough and curtious and heloful. He answered all my questions and was respectful of my home too. He followed the covid rules at all times.

After removing 2 radiators ready for our plasterer the following day, one of the valves began to leak despite being capped off and isolated as far as we could tell.
We desperately searched for an emergency plumber and the team were with us within the hour and able to diagnose and fix the leak within 10 minutes. They also helped us remove the final radiator and ensure all valves were shut off and the central heating could be turned back on. They re-pressurised the system for us and didn't leave until they knew the heating was back on safely. So really went the extra mile for us to give reassurance by checking our earlier attempts and restarting the central heating.

Boiler fitted old water tank and boiler taken away place left clean

I can't recommend this team highly enough. The call out to replace a radiator was dealt with great professionalism during the Covid lockdown.
The team worked in masks and foot covers and took great care to minimise interaction with the family. When completed, they conducted a thorough check and left the house immaculate.
They will be our go to heating engineers of choice.

After some time, I noticed that the water pressure on one of the taps installed was significantly lower than expected. While the overall service was efficient, this issue could have been addressed better during the installation process.
