Mo, and his boys were very professional, using top quaily materials, and finished our home Air Con install so that it looked really great. They took great care, down to taking shoes off and laying the cling film on the carpet. I am so glad we worked with Mo and his team. Highly recommend.

Mo came out quickly to provide a quote, much lower than any others I'd had. He was upfront and honest with costs and time scales. Mo & his team were out to fit the new boiler on a Saturday and I'm very happy with the new boiler and the work carried out. There was a small issue with the clear up but was handled quickly and professionally when raised. Would definitely recommend.

Our very old boiler broke down on a Saturday, and within a few hours of contacting them, Mo arrived and quickly identified the problem. After explaining a new boiler would required, which came as no surprise because of the age and visible condition of it, he suggested suitable locations we could put it since the original one was in an unsuitable location. His team came the following day, on a Sunday because we were without heating or any hot water, and started work with the job being completed the following day. The entire team was super friendly, hard working and professional. They patched the hole in the wall with plasterboard and even went out of their way to help me load a heavy box into my car as they saw me struggling with it! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they definitely earned my trust and I hugely appreciate them starting the job on a Sunday so I was only without hot water for a couple of days.

Great job done by Mo for my boiler service recently. He’s a friendly and honest guy who will make sure he’s gets the problem sorted for you there and then but if he can’t, he will be open and get what’s needed to then come back and sort out for you. Cheers for all your help, will definitely be taking up your service again!

Mo and his team responded to my emergency super promptly, made time to fix the issue despite a really busy schedule, did it quickly and neatly and were incredibly flexible and helpful. Thank you for your beautiful attitude, it's a rare find these days. Cannot recommend Let's Heat enough!

Had a leak from our radiator and related issue causing boiler to lose pressure and water to run cold. Spoke to Mo on Sunday and explained situation and he gave an estimate of what was wrong and how much it would likely cost and managed to get someone out to us Monday morning, they resolved it all. Good communication, friendly and fair price.

Mo responded quickly and despatched the plumber Luke round just as fast. The leak was fairly simple and was fixed by replacing the offending joint.

Both Luke and Mo were very friendly and helpful. Call out charge was reasonable for such short notice.

Extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. An engineer was able to come out within 30 mins of an emergency call out. The job involved a leak in a very awkward and hard to reach location in a kitchen. The engineer did what he could to ensure the least amount of damage/disruption. I expected the job to take much longer and cause many issues. The engineer was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way. The resulting bill was also very reasonable. Overall I am very very happy with the service provided. Couldn't recommend enough.

Tried a number of plumbing and heating suppliers (6 before these guys) after shower broke. They provided quote late on a Friday night, sent link to it, I ordered it and once it arrived and I had it collected they installed the same day. Thanks to Mo and the team. Wonderful service

We had a burst pipe underneath our bath tub that flooded our kitchen ceiling, nightmare!

I was on the phone to Let’s Heat late Thursday evening and they sorted us out with a last minute plumber appointment first thing the next day. The plumber, Mo quickly found the issue and sourced some replacement parts. The whole job was finished by lunch time - and for a reasonable price too! I’d definitely use Let’s Heat in future. They were fast, reliable, fairly priced and honest. Happy customer!
