My recommendation - don't purchase anything from this company. Quality of product is extremely inferior & absolutely disgusting customer service regarding returns. They asked me to falsify the customs documents and when I emailed them back regarding the illegality of this all of a sudden my emails are bouncing back.

DONT use I spent over £100 they tried to convince me not to return as I wouldn’t get much back because of postage offered me £5 to keep the goods. Finally I got a return address after months of battling I returned and two months later I haven’t received a penny of the money back. Complete scam and the clothes quality is absolutely shocking!

I never received the items either. Tried contacting them no answer. Tried to claim from PAYPAL but told tracking proves it was delivered so Im out if pocket.

Never ordering from a facebook link ever again after this company. I did receive my top, material cheap but loved the wine glass. First wash and the material from the wine glass logo has gone all flaky and mostly disappeared. the email address I had now just bounces back, feel pretty daft but won't get caught out again. recognised companies only get my business in future.

Horrible quality, NOTHING like the advertisement. I threw the clothes away after reading other reviews that I’d probably not ever get my money back. I got an email today stating their online ordering isn’t available any longer. What?! Lol. You mean you are going out of business?

I ordered 4 tops for Christmas on the 27th of December. Got email confirming order, another email on 1st December confirming dispatch. Now as I go to query my delivery no link to email address exists or even the site. Going to complain to my bank re transaction which was obviously fraudulent. Feel so stupid. Thought it looked a real site.

I have not received my order either. I tracked it and they delivered it to our mail hub 5 miles from me and instead they shipped it from there to Los Angeles. Then I get a message saying it was delivered to some one in LA.... I guess some one got a surprise delivery. My item was 39.95 I sure could use it to buy a Christmas present for the person it was for. Totally a Scam

Do not order from this company. Ordered a christmas top bears no resembles to the one online, and will not refund... This needs removing from Facebook.

I recently ordered as well from a facebook link and comments on their link were good. They sent an order confirmation email to me and now nothing. The track order button and the contact is link in the email they sent do not work and their website is no longer valid. I have no way to contact them. I assume I’ve been scammed out of $66+. I guess I should feel lucky it wasn’t more???

Has anyone had an successful experience of getting their money back from this company? I asked for a refund and they intiallly responded asking why then didn’t respond and dispatched the order anyway. It’s still not arrived. I’ve tried to contact them several times and now my emails are bouncing back. I paid through PayPal and have started a dispute. Has anyone actually got their money back?

I got my order but wrong size,trying to see how to return it and order another size but cant get ahold of them in anyway!!?? Anybody know how?

Ordered a M size wine glass Christmas jumper - it is HUGE; would fit 10 of me! Dreadful. Also ordered 2 x ‘I’d rather be with my dog’ hoodies and they are just ‘cheap and nasty’. Do NOT use this company - it’s a sham.

Hello ordered 3 items on the 16th November, got email to say they had been shipped , today recieved package with 2 of items enclosed only. Tried to send emails but just keeps saying that site is not found. On shipping label states that 3 items were enclosed supposedly. THESE PEOPLE DONOT DESERVE TO BE ABLE TO SCAM PEOPLE. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO RUN OFFERS ON IT. AS IF THETES NOT ENOUGH GOING ON IN THE WORLD AT THE MOMENT. ITS DISGUSTING.

I cancelled order after seeing the reviews on Trust pilot and they emailed me to say they were lovely items was I sure I really wanted to cancel? Then a week later I had an email to say they had just sent the order!. When it arrived about 2 weeks after that there was nothing in package about how to return. After many many emails where they offered me as little as $5 refund for $92 order!, I fortunately had paid through PayPal so escalating through them I then received an address to send back to. Tracking it, I know it has reached Chinese customs so still waiting for refund 1 month after. Keeping fingers crossed I do eventually get a refund, but if I hadn't used Paypal I would have got no where. Be tenacious!

This site is a sham and a con, do NOT buy anything from them.
The quality is terrible with the most awful plastic coated material and a badly measured pattern.
They will never ever give you a refund also, I must've sent 10 emails and the last one offered me a £5 voucher to use against more of their utter crap.
Don't even consider it!!

Absolutely shocking, quality is terrible and sent the wrong item and would not resend correct item or refund full amount. DO NOT USE THIS SITE to order anything.

This is great if made by a five year old for a school economic project. The 'skirt' is a square piece of fabric with a rubber at the top, not finesse or skill required to saw any item whatsoever. IT looks like the photo, but it's not at all. I thought I might wear the leggings - but the fabric is so itchy, they are unwearable, even after washing with softener. The leg warmers are thin and also just a piece of rectangle with a bit or rubber at the top. Very thin. A joke and a waste of money!
