Took £500 refundable damage deposit after booking through the vrbo website and ghosted me once I asked for it back other than one message claiming they never charged it despite it being clear as day in the receipt and my card statements matching the amounts on said receipt. Used the property for my hen do and really needed that money back for my wedding. Absolutely disgraceful

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very spacious to accommodate 20 peopl. My favourite place in of the house is the swimming pool we had a good time there. The kitchen is very big and had everything we needed to cook, the location is perfect as you don’t have to worry about noise complaints and can have a blast in peace. Overall the house is 10/10

Such an amazing house for a short stay getaway with friends or family. Great amenities inside and out. The place was clean and fully stocked upon arrival and the host was available for any queries. No issues at all and will definitely be booking here again!

We have dealt with letssy over the last 12 months and had a great experience. Been a local business in York they have helped accommodate our staff/ fighters and always been straight forward up front and provided us with great Accomodation.

Still have our £500 deposit, even though they were dismissed, as the property management company, for the building we lived in, due to being useless and unprofessional.

Scammed loads of people, they are being chased for debts everywhere.

Contact the police, report them to Trading Standards - they will end up being shutdown, it’s only a matter of time.

Owner is a pure bully, threatening people everywhere … which excudes her professionalism.

We are going to take them to the Small Claims court, as given them weeks to return our deposit, so they are going to end up paying it back anyway, with costs and ending up with CCJ’s !

Very unprofessional company, rude, and haven't given my partner back his deposit! We stayed for approximately 2 months in a room filled with damp and black mold which was not shown on pictures. We addressed this to them from the start and nothing was done till a couple of days before we left. It impacted me health I was ill the whole time. Horrible living conditions to put people into. And to top it off they refuse to give back our deposit of £500 and blocked us. It's a scam don't use them. I have pictures to prove the mold and if they don't give the money back I will be reporting to trading standards through citizens advice.

I would highly recommend this agent. We got our accommodations ready within a short period of time without having to go through so many hassle. We consulted with Mam Leanne Andersons who helped us to get our new apartment( 3 Dodsworth Court ) as soon as we get in York. She was very quick with responses to our queries. I honestly felt approachable and safe with Mam Leanne Andersons services. Everything went smoothly with her support and guidance. We are indeed very impressed and at the same time grateful for her services.

I was in my country Bhutan and was planning to come to UK, York. I asked my friend for accommodations and he recommended Mam Leanne Andersons to me. I contacted her through Facebook and I was very happy as she helped me to get my accommodation ready before I reach to UK. I am always soo grateful for her guidance and support to get accommodations and more importantly for trusting me. She was soo approachable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend mam Leanne Andersons and her agent ( Letssy) specially if you are in a rush to rent a place. Her services are smooth and fast, it takes less stress compared to other agents I have dealt with.

Beware. Scam company take deposits for holiday let bookings and don't respond or return the money.

This lady is an absolute dog and has been known to get violent with people.Check out the letssy facebook page where she has posted threatening messages to people who ask for their deposits back, Scroll down to posts by David Roy and others. It shocking they think they can get away with this fraudulent behaviour.

It's an unscrupulous company. She is essentially a very good oven cleaner and house cleaner but her other business of renting properties out is a scam.

Do not trust them with your hard earned money. They will not return any of the bonds. They have done this to several people. Absolute fraudsters. They will suddenly ghost you and not return any phone calls or emails.

Beware. Please check out the number of other reviews and people they have done this to. If you check for all the negative reviews there are many they have taken money from and threatened.

Excellent ! I booked a hen do for my cousin with Letssy at their large property with the pool and what an amazing weekend we had! not only was communication fantastic but the house was amazing! It was everything we needed & wanted it was spacious, clean, and the decor is stunning we had a lovely huge garden outside where we enjoyed the hot tub and pool!! We had catering come in an do events we had booked and the house couldn't of accommodated more for what we needed in the words of the bride “ best weekend of my life “

We needed to book an end of tenancy clean at short notice and Letssy came through! Great price, great communication, great service. Their reputation is deserved and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My wife and I returned to York in August and we needed a temporary acommodation.We are grateful and thankful for Leanne's help with everything.The studio we stayed in was very well equipped,clean,close to the city centre and we had all the support we needed.I had no problem getting my deposit back,and overall we were very happy with everything.I definitely recommend Lettsy!Thank you again!

I had a lovely experience with the Letssy team over the past few months, besides the property being exactly what was advertised....and it was lovely... the location was excellent and it was walking distance to the city centre. 5mins walk if that. It was a pleasure dealing with Leanne , Willem & Dawn who made my checkin / stay and checkout a dream.
