Fast delivery and good service

I'm a little pained giving only 3 stars, because the first time I used them, everything sailed thorough with no problems. I was in need to use their service again as I had another iPhone to unlock, but this time it was fraught with lack of communication. The end result was the same as the first time, but how I got there was much different. I purchased the unlock code on a Thursday evening using my Hotmail email address (the only address I ever use). I hadn't heard anything within the time frame of my purchase so I used the web form to send them a note, noting that the order Id on my confirmation email was blank and the proposed delivery time stated was just same huge number. No response, so I tried the web contact form again. Once again no response, so I just replied to the original confirmation email. Finally , 3 days after the unlock code was due, I got an email response (sent to my Hotmail account) saying to check my Gmail account (and gave me someone's specific Gmail account). Well obviously that Gmail account wasn't mine, nor did they check that the confirmation email I replied to was from the same account they contacted me on (Hotmail). So, the code was ultimately issued, and worked fine, but in the meantime I had purchased the Lock checking for another $1.25 to see if it had been done. Even after the communication fiasco, they didn't even offer to refund the $1.25 - yeah I know it's only a buck, but it's the principle of the whole thing that irks me. I'm guessing it was a slip-up on someone's part, but the fact that I never got an apology or explanation leaves me as much in the dark as I was waiting to hear from them.

I am very impressed- they are the cheapest unlocking service available. Also, I accidentally submitted several wrong codes and they completely refunded my money. Thanks!
