Wouldn’t order again

How wonderful to find a company that sells excellent, affordable, swiftly delivered, gluten-free liquorice! I bought the gluten-free mix for my partner who has coeliac disease, and he loved it.

I also ordered a pack of the salty skulls for myself and they blew my socks off. They're vegan too, which accommodates me. (My partner and I are the scourge of dinner parties.)

I look forward to buying more ridiculously strong, salty liquorice from this business.

Terrible customer service, they sent a cheaper item. They will not respond to my multiple emails and provide no phone number. I will not be buying from them ever again.

Sending out the wrong selection. I have sent about 7 emails and not one reply. I should never have dealt with a company with no phone number. Their competence and customer service is non-existent. I have given them 1star because there wasn’t a tick box for “nil points”.

Fantastic choice on the website and really helpful, responsive customer service when I contacted them after making a mistake with my order. Fast delivery and my dad absolutely loved his gift! Definitely using again!

Haven’t arrived

Can’t really comment either way as they still haven’t arrived on 17.12.22. I ordered them at the end of November but I think the Royal Mail strikes are to blame. Amazon must laughing their socks off

Badly packaged so that some of the liquorice had fallen into the outer packaging. This was meant to be a present but just looks shoddy. Complained to letterbox liquorice who have not bothered to reply
