Absolutely TERRIBLE

Items late, No communication, Items smased upon delivery, Nobody answers the phone, NObody communicates.

The first personalised garden pot I received was unfortunately cracked. On notification to Letterfest they immediately advised they would send a replacement which they duly did. Excellent customer service and lovely gift.

I ordered 2 pots for my twin nieces christening. Unfortunately only 1 arrived and I contacted letterfest that day who said that would look into this for me. It has now been nearly a month and I have had no update on where my missing pot is.

Very happy with my watercolour picture of my beloved deceased fur-baby. I was provided a proof and able to request a few changes, then provided an updated proof with the changes implemented. The final picture was sent with care and though I had a problem with the mount, a complete replacement was sent immediately and the customer service was excellent throughout. Really pleased and would recommend highly.

Update to below review and response from LF - the crack that is “part of the curing process” has since worked its way up the side of the pot as I expected it would. Anything planted in it, or the slightest knock will split it in half. Ridiculous response to this review and this company are acting in breach of their consumer obligations. A fraud of a company to steer well clear of. Read other reviews which mirror my own.

Planter - purchased this item, it was cracked. I asked for a refund which was declined. I was offered 25% refund which would have resulted in significant loss. I've had to buy an alternative item for my friend. The Company is getting away with treating its customers this way and I wish I'd looked at reviews before purchasing. They know how arduous it is to take them to court so drag their feet and wait to see what you'll do. I will never use this Company again.

This company is amazing . They pulled out all the stops to get my order to the recipients on time despite my mixed up ordering !! Marie was so helpful and supportive. I cannot praise them too highly . Thankyou

My order was handled personally, promptly and with care and professionalism by Marie.
I wanted a bespoke item as a memorial gift and this was no trouble at all, the gift is lovely.
There was a slight mix up with part of the order, but it was rectified straight away and the correct part arrived the next day! Thank You.

Given that the business model of this site is gift giving, it’s crazy that they don’t provide gift notes with orders. So the recipient has no idea where it’s come from. My order arrived without the most crucial element. Really poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

I wanted to create something that was slightly different than the designs on the website, and customer services were brilliant in helping with my order. The finished product arrived very quickly and was well packaged to prevent damage. My friend is going to be highly delighted with her present! I highly recommend this company and the fact that they go above and beyond to help.

Not as big as I expected and thought I’d ordered the one with the paw print

I love the book, both the story and the text and illustrations are beautiful. Such a special gift for a new baby.

I had cause to contact the company to return the book as there was a mark on the cover which couldn’t be removed.

My comment was dealt with speedily and with courtesy and the a new copy was produced on the same day.
Very happy with the book and the after sales service. A company that has pride in its products.

I had none of the issues of some of the reviewers, nor of my sister who ordered a print with frame at the same as I did. My proof arrived quickly, which is the first clue that this may be hand drawn, but on a tablet, rather than straight to paper, and I asked for a minor change, which was also done quickly. I approved my proof and a couple of days later my print, preframed, arrived. I am happy with the print, do I think they're being slightly misleading in the way they describe it being hand drawn and water colour painted - absolutely. But if you can get over the fact that hand drawn means it's done using tech and the water colour effect isn't actual water colour, just a tool in the software, then you won't be disappointed - assuming it arrives as it should and when it should. It is quite a high cost item and perhaps someone with an AI product could have done it themselves, and no I probably won't buy another one at that price now I'm fully aware of what I'm buying. But overall I am content with what I've bought, just would have preferred to pay less for it! My sister on the other hand - fuming - for all the reasons above about it not being 'properly' painted and hers arrived without it's frame despite her paying for it. She is not happy and like some of the others, they are completely ignoring her.

Disappointing Experience, Not as Advertised

I ordered a Wedding Venue Print, which was advertised as a hand-drawn piece, intended as a 1st wedding anniversary gift for my wife.

I provided a clear photo of the church, showing both the building and its surroundings. However, the proof I received looked like it had been generated by AI. One entire side of the church was cut off, which I believe any real artist would have noticed and corrected to include the full structure.

I requested a refund, but was told a senior artist would revise the image. The updated proof showed minimal changes, just a few extra lines and some added color, which made no real improvement.

I declined the second proof and asked again for a full refund. I was then told £15 would be deducted for the artist's time. This felt unfair, especially given that the product I received looked nothing like the beautiful examples shown in their advertising.

Overall, I was very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

I would not recommend ordering from this website.

Placed my order, Fine, got my proof very quickly, all fine, just wondered how someone could hand finish a drawing in record time? Anyway receive picture after paying alot of money in the post to have no wooden frame on it, so basically rushed it out the door! I have emailed them and they state they will get back to me in 12 hours, well 3 days later and still heard nothing, So they not only lie about the Hand drawing when its all done via computer but they also dont give you what you paid for. I will never buy from them again!

Letterfest gift for my husband was a beautiful capture of a special moment in time. The turnaround on the creation of the gift is quick as well as the 3 edits I requested. The product is lovely, simple and captures the moment.

Honestly just the worse experience, i’ve purchased many things in the past with no issue, ordered a father’s day print for my husband of him and my two children, the proof they sent was horrendous, it looked nothing like them and almost like they had used AI to created it or something, I asked for a refund and they said I would lose money! despite the image being awful, I would lose £15 due to the artists time, so I agreed for them to try it again, but they took almost 2 weeks to send another proof and by which time father’s day had passed, so I asked for a refund again, they ignored my email and so I had to go for having the item sent as no one would reply to me, will never use again, for £95 i’d expect a high quality item and some decent customer service
