Bad rooms, unresponsive staff and managers.
They asking me to pay a 3 years old mattress given to me when moved in. No proof of damage.And I left the same mattress when I moved out. If you're a tenant of them now, don't pay last month is your safest way.
They have no shame or respect. Construction on my roof on weekend without notice beforehand,agent knocking on my door at anytime for viewings. Lack of responsibility and the worst agency I had in 11+ years in London. Avoid at any cost. Abusive and Liars.
I stayed at 41 Saltwell Street E140DY 03/02/2024 until 02/02/2025. From November 2024 I've reported a faulty door handle which risked me being robbed and until I left no one cared about,so that door didn't get fixed. Then without a minimum of regard Saturday 8am I wake up from the hammer on my roof of 3 builders. Had to argue with neighbours when they came back on Sunday 8am. I think if you paid regularly you have receipts for the jobs done.
Then at 3pm after a few days,on my napp,the agent just knocked unnoticed on the door. Then you come up with me paying £117 pounds for the old mattress that I had to cover the filth with 3 sheets to sleep on. I've been emailing and calling Arthur for proof of damage,receipt of new mattress,and return of damaged item. No response after 20 days just avoid and skipping. The claim it's not true. I can prove all my statement. Release my deposit.

I have had a very positive and good experienced with Cloud even with one of the Best agent Jonna, and Bond Landlord the best ever kind person who i met to let my beautiful studio. They always was look after the property make sure keep the studio same high level cleanliness. Also if any problem was in the property they fixed very very fast. I recommend Bond as those studios are beautiful and always are the best are around Lincoln.

At first very approachable, relatable. As time wore on less interested in issues with the property. I was told when I moved in the outdated carpets were going to be replaced. The house was outdated & had many issues that weren't addressed correctly. When I left the bathroom had leaked through the front room ceiling damaging my furniture, not that I was compensated. I moved out expecting my full deposit & was told the carpets weren't in an acceptable condtion & they'd miss calculated rent payments! Would not recommend!
