I had a great experience with LET Training. The trainers/assessors were easy to work with and were always available to assist. The training material was generally easy to follow but a little bit repetitive.
Results were usually marked and received the same day.
I honestly couldn't fault my dealings with LET Training and if I was to study another course I would elect to go through LET Training again.
A big thanks to Imogen, you were an amazing help.

The trainers where there when ever I…
The trainers where there when ever I needed them and made me feel comfortable during assignments .
Items were marked promptly and my certificate was provided the next day.
I enjoyed the process so much I am doing it again.

My Cert IV in Work Health and Safety was super straightforward. The course materials were easy to follow as I chose the self-paced option. The best thing was the quick turnaround time for marking assignments. My assessor, Imogen O’Keefe was amazing. I don't think I waited more than a day at most.

Wish I could give more stars
Wish I could give more stars. I had a terrible experience enrolled in the same course at TAFE Digital. The teachers were unresponsive, disinterested and didn't appear to know their subject. I was skeptical about LET Training but the course was wonderful. It was challenging and I was able to develop new skills and the support was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond. I'll be studying here again.

Would not recommend in any capacity.
Poorly written assessments which make no sense! If it was not for my trainer who helped me with every single unit i would have demanded a refund. The whole course fee should go to him. You can only upload one document to their course platform Tutis with every unit requiring multiple Recorded videos, power points and extra paper work. I had purchase drop box separately as there were too large to send in emails.

Received great feedback from the assessor and I feel confident in my qualification.
The documentation is a little clunky and repeated which makes it confusing. (could be simplified).
The Role Plays should be their own separate assessment.

A great learning experience
The student portal was well laid out and easy to use. The resources were consistently good and user-friendly. My trainer was quick to mark submissions and respond to questions, and every email I sent to admin was responded to quickly and in good detail.

A really good learning experience
I had a really good learning experience with LET training. I learned a lot. The material was well made. The instructor was very interesting, and his feedback made me feel confident that it was real learning. I could have not skimmed through the learning material and copy-pasted answers without understanding, because the marking was serious and personalised. There were different types of learning material (written, video, audio), with scenarios which gave me confidence that I could use it in real life. The support staff at LET training were always very helpful and always replied very fast to my enquiries. All in all, I am very impressed by that online certificate IV I did. I feel pride in my achievement, I had to work hard on it, received constructive feedback from the instructors and had to resubmit sometimes. I feel confident that the diploma was worth it. I am writing this review more than a year after having finished that cert IV, and yes I have worked in that area (WHS) since then. The things I have learned have been very useful to my work, I have remembered all useful things, I feel legit in my work and I am confident that I can actually complete the work that I have studied for. This really was a good experience, and a meaningful diploma which directly benefited my career, and skills/knowledge which are kind of printed forever in my brains now (including things that I haven't actually used since then, legislation in other states and random stuff - I remember it all, and I am mentioning this now to show that the learning material was useful and deep, with enough repetitions for it to stick in my memory long-term).
