The customer service was great - i Had a couple of questions - and they were explained properly and promptly.
I ordered the port red weekly diary. It is great.
I am fussy with diaries/planners - the 4 page calendar is perfect and much better the competition.

Delighted with my purchases from Leuchtturm. As a long term Bullet Journal user, these are always my choice. Delivery was fast, as well as beautifully and safely packaged. Fantastic customer service as well! I received a call because the colour of a pencil I ordered was not available. The staff member discussed options with me - and picked an excellent alternative. :)

Excellent quality product and prompt delivery. Leuchtturm1917 is on the more expensive side but they are absolutely worth it.

Good quality product. Nice paper, great texture, grabs ink but not in a bossy way.
Good binding too.
The A5 softbacks are slim and convenient. i like the pastel cover colour range, please increase it; i can store and sort by colour.
They are not a cheap product but they are worth the price.
