Poor

Poor, chaotic service from the outset - inadequate process of determining suitability for trial before having to pay £199 to be told I wasn't suitable in the first seconds, then no follow up with prescription or appointment. They didn't send me any details of the 'free' pain management programme. Made my headache worse rather than better

Although we try our very best to ensure Project Twenty21 patients are screened appropriately, medical advice can only be given by the pain consultant. The purpose of the eligibility call to ensure the necessary documentation can be provided and requirements are met to proceed to a consultant appointment. Medical Cannabis is an unlicensed controlled drug, and so prescriptions are written at the discretion of the trained Pain Consultant Doctor and the Medical Governance Board. However, we welcome your feedback and have since improved our eligibility call processes to ensure it is made clear that the final decision regarding an individuals suitability to join the project is to be made by the consultant during the initial consultation. We apologise that you did not automatically receive your access code for our pain management programme. A member of the team should now have been in touch to share this with you. Please do let us know if this is not the case. If there is anything we can do to support any further, please no not hesitate to get in touch.

Leva Clinic - supportive, informative and effective.

The team at the Leva Clinic have shown exemplory care and professionalism during my time at their clinic. I was initally worried about starting with Leva, however the process was seemless and the amazing admin team went above and beyond to insure a smooth transition between clinics.

I have lived with chronic pain for over 13 years and during my time have seen many pain clinicians, healthcare specialists and consultants. Yesterday was the first time I have left an appointment feeling validated, accomplished, and capable of tackling the challenges and goals I have set for myself. My Dr recognised where I was in my pain journey, and offered insight and advice on how to tackle these goals.

My doctor was knowledgable about my condition and took time to learn how it uniquely impacted me; not only in my present but in the past too. She took any concerns I had about medication and use, and framed it in a way that addressed my concerns and educated me on effecitve pain management for my condition. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you again!

Leva clinic is 5 star service from start to finish

The experience I've had with Leva clinic so far has surpassed my expectations
Admin alone is brilliant responding within a few hours if that to any emails I send and have kept me updated

I had my first appointment just over a week ago with someone from LEVA clinic then again today with Dr Charlotte Small who was highly knowledgeable in my illnesses which sadly some NHS doctors have to ask what it is yet Dr Small really knew her stuff which gave me full confidence in her treatment with LEVA clinic

I feel very fortunate I came across this clinic as you can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their goals to get you feeling much better

This may seem expensive but the service you receive is second to none.

I can't thank the staff and doctors for their time dealing with my case and it's breeds hope that I finally found someone who wants to listen and doesn't dismiss my symptoms and gave me time to get my words out which sometimes get muddled up due to Neurological issues

I've been under several NHS specialists all that gave me the typical their is no cure or medications for the illnesses you have and then my pain dismissed and discharged or even treated like a drug seeker

The frustration led me for further answers on a solo journey fighting as my own advocacy and sometimes begging and pleading for help and pain relief.

If your feeling like this then please get in touch with the doctors at LEVA clinic because like myself you will feel like you've won the medical lottery I feel like I have hope and faith something I've lacked for so many years.

I'm so greatful and smiled today which I haven't been able to do in weeks through hopelessness....Thank You Dr Small and your amazing team I'm excited to work with you all in the future and to feel the benefits of all your hard work and dedication

A much needed pain service

I’m delighted by the service offered by Leva - something that has been sorely lacking in the pain space until now. The team are all experienced pain specialists, but most importantly are kind, compassionate and empathetic. Having access online to specialists without waiting lists, long travel times etc makes a huge difference. Thank you!

Leva Clinic - truly amazing.

I've had such a great experience with Leva Clinic and am so grateful for this amazing innovation. I would highly recommend trying Leva Clinic to anyone who suffers from chronic pain, the whole team is incredibly understanding and very experienced in dealing with pain conditions.

Excellent

A very helpful online pain management programme

I came across Leva clinic online and saw the pain management programme offered.
It is a fully digital which is great (especially with covid), and the programme itself is well structured with really helpful bespoke advice. The team of clinicians are very professional and are experienced in helping patients living with chronic pain. I am very grateful for how much they have helped me!

A new approach to pain management

From my first contact with Leva Clinic I found the team members to be very open and easy to talk to.
They offer a personalised approach to target pain treatment and you are able to speak with different team members to support you in different ways.
The professionals have a long experience in managing pain conditions and they have carried this to create this new online platform.
I would definitely recommend trying Leva Clinic to someone who needs a new approach to pain management.

An innovative idea for pain management

Leva Clinic is a very innovative idea. It is the first one I have come across online, and it’s a fully digital service for chronic pain.
The approach to treatment is individualised, as from the first communication with the clinic you are able to thoroughly go through your history and have time to fully explain the story.
The team members I have spoken with are all very understanding and helpful.
Overall, an excellent service.

Skeptic turned believer

I have long been a doubter of online pain management services in their ability to create personal relationship between the patient and clinician. However, long waiting times on the NHS and with increasingly worse pain left me no choice but to turn to Leva Clinic. My experience with Leva Clinic has been nothing short of remarkable. I have a team of clinicians at Leva looking after me, who are incredibly sensitive to my specific needs. Access to the clinic has been extremely quick (within 48 hours) which has gone a long way to reduce my anxiety which has contributed to my condition. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are very keen to pass this to their patients in the form of an app which has been designed to help me understand my pain better. Overall, a great idea and delivered very well!

Leva Clinic - What a great experience!

I have been suffering from chronic pain for over 25 years. When I contacted Leva Clinic Pain Management services, it was straightforward to register on their website and receive an appointment with a clinical team within 48 hours. I had one-to-one sessions with a psychologist and a physiotherapist; they provided me with a tailored pain management programme in dealing with my chronic pain. The suggested light physical exercises and mindfulness were beneficial tools to manage my flare-ups. The Clinic also offers an online App to help manage chronic pain. I found this is very easy to navigate, and it’s full of helpful advice. As you complete the individual modules, you begin to learn how to manage your flare-ups. I found the whole experience at the Clinic helpful and supportive of my condition.

Really lovely and welcoming staff

Really lovely and welcoming staff, made me feel so at ease when discussing any issues I had and I always felt like they were listening to me. I've made huge progress in such a short amount of time and can't wait to keep building on this.Highly, highly recommend!

Leva clinic is amazing

just want to say how amazing this clinic is. the app which i first used made so easy to use. was a great tool in helping with my back pain. I then decided to talk to one of their clinicians, I spoke to a lovely nurse called Jane. She went through different options for pain management and made me feel acknowledged and understood. I would recommend to everyone who has suffered with pain for a long time. I myself have been suffering with back pain for over ten years and had injections in my spine , which worked for a few months, I've also had painkillers and acupuncture. This clinic has given me the tools to live with the pain and manage it better.
