Levelingua is a language-learning app built around real expressions, not isolated word lists. The aim is simple: help learners say useful things out loud and build confidence for real conversations. Each course contains up to 2,000 practical expressions, set phrases and combinations used in everyday life. Learners first try to produce a base expression, then practise longer “Combo” sentences that reuse language they have already learned. Native audio is available for every expression and example, helping users train listening and pronunciation as they study. A spaced-repetition system brings phrases back before they are forgotten. Progress is gradual: correct answers unlock new expressions, while difficult material returns for additional practice. The app also includes idioms, sayings, cultural notes and the context needed to understand when an expression sounds natural. Users can set a manageable daily expression goal and study in short sessions, making it easier to maintain a consistent routine. The web and native apps are designed around active recall: learners answer before revealing the translation, listen, repeat, and rate how well they knew the phrase. Levelingua supports English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Learners can choose the language they speak and the language they want to learn, use the service on mobile or computer, and continue building practical speaking skills at their own pace.
