Make sure you take care of any issue before your warranty is up. My machine after about 1.5 years of working fine has now started "swallowing" the liquid after hours of emails and me being treated like I've never used the machine before I have been told I'm out of warranty and therefore only get a 20% discount.

I got their gummy mixer and the lid was defective and cracked on use. It was made out of plastic. They sent they sent me a new one and the same thing happened and then they sent me another new one and the same thing happened. After the third one broke, they told me to hold tight that they’re designing a new lid. They never contacted me and when I reached out that I needed the new lid I seen on their website. They said I’m out of warranty. The device itself was about 100 bucks and they charged me $40 including shipping to send me a little piece of rubber for the top of my gummy mixer. That was the redesign of the defective one they sent me. Sorry this company is trash and some of their products might be good but if you have any issues with them, they’re gonna screw you over.

Very poor quality product. The cheap plastic latch for the lid broke after about a year and 9 months. Now the sensor will not register the lid being closed and will not allow the cycle to run.

When I did a bit of research, I found that this is a VERY common issue. In fact, there is another review above that mentions the same problem.

It's clear that the warranty is set for a year, as this machine isn't meant to last much longer than that.

Horrible service. Although there was communication, there was no action. I waited three weeks and my order still had not shipped, with no estimated delivery time provided even after repeatedly asking. This order was a Christmas present, and with only one week remaining before Christmas, the delay made it completely unacceptable. They were also aware of this with the first email shortly after the order was placed.

Despite multiple emails, nothing was done to move the order forward. There was also no apology for the delay until I pointed out that a simple “sorry” goes a long way, and even then, the apology didn’t come until the fourth email and felt insincere.

Due to the lack of accountability and resolution, I ultimately cancelled my order. I will not be ordering from this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Very cheaply built. Top breaks easy... do a search on the net. Mine happened after a year so it's out of warranty. Machine is totally useless as they don't repair anything. Total waste of $300.00

I purchased a Levo ll in March 2024. I used it with no problem three times. The fourth time I went to use it, the machine would not power on. Levo forced me to purchase an extended warranty just to get their defective equipment replaced. They sent me a replacement, after I paid them more money, but the replacement did not work right out of the box. So they sent me a third levo, and right out of the box it did not work. Three strikes you're out! Worst company and product I've ever dealt with in my entire life! I can't believe, after sending me two defective machines, that the company would not verify a working model before sending me a third defective item! I want to stand on top of a mountain and yell to the whole world not to buy a Levo!!!

Shortly after submitting the previous critical review, LEVO contacted me offering to correct the issue, stating now that they would send me the correct component for the unit that I purchased. A major hassle none the less and likely due to the initial review to which they were made aware.

Original issue:

I ordered the large infuser from LEVO. When placing the order the website automatically offered an additional Pod for the unit suggesting that it would save time which sounded good so I added it to the order for an additional ~ $50. The additional Pod that arrived with the unit was a miniature pod that cannot be used with the unit I purchased. I went back to the website where I place the order and found no Customer Service contact info. I sent an email to a general email address explaining what happened and received no reply. I then found another service email though a search and forwarded my original a week later. The LEVO Customer Support reply email stated "No Return Policy.., but we can give you a 10% off the next order." My experience with LEVO is a bait and switch on the website and LEVO customer service being as minimal as it gets. The company has no regard for their customers and focuses mainly on massive internet propaganda giving their own products great ratings. I will never consider this company for anything ever again.

Purchased an item on May 22nd. Worked once,

Wrote to levo,,, 3 attempts and 10+ days later I get no product support at all a. Fedex ground label and the expectation that i would wait 2 weeks if I packed everything properly including "all original packaging, inserts and documents" (really? my brand new broken unit with a receipt and serial number is not enough? I need to find the manual and plastic Wow.)

In the meantime I am getting plenty of marketing emails and they guarantee 2 day shipping on all new orders with no trouble. It is pretty clear where their priorities are. Its all about the sale and not about the customer. I am stuck with this company since they made me wait past the return window... you can choose an alternative like magic butter. Wish I had.
