I can't comment on the grooming service but I ordered a dog toy, through the link on the
Collar app, on 8th January and have still not received the item. There have been no responses to my contact attempts to date.

Delivery was very prompt and after the Christmas rush too, item was just as described and perfect, thank you.

Fast delivery and packaged well.

Hopefullly the pooch will like her Xmas Cake.

Awesome staff and fantastic service. It’s always a pleasure to take my dog to see Kristina and the crew. Professional, attentive and I totally trust them to look after my dog.

Reassuring for a nervous pup (and pup parent)
Sacha, Emma, and the team were very patient and kind to my boy, who can be nervous, especially when meeting new people for the first time.

The whole experience was so reassuring for me, as I've never taken Kenji to a groomer before. Emma was so gentle during baths and blowdry, and Sacha took her time to handstrip Kenji, she even shared handy tips for maintaining Kenji's coat at home, which I appreciate so much!

You can tell how much thought and care have gone into both Parsons Green/Fulham and the Belgravia salons. We can't recommend it enough and look forward to visiting again soon!

I brought my puppy in for a groom and was so pleased with the whole process. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the free coffee was a nice touch. The groomer stuck exactly to the cut that I requested, and achieved such a smooth, neat all over cut. Loved the blueberry facial, too - I can still smell it a week later! If you’re thinking about taking your dog for a groom at Le Wag, go for it :-).

I have 3 pups that are always happy to go in and always come out looking beautiful and happy.
The team take great care of them and are all very helpful and understanding.
They are diligent, aware and calm.

As a dog walker to the fanciest dogs of London, organizing their haircuts is part of my job. I often brings my clients to Le Wag and they always love it. Le Wag does an impeccable groom everytime, the salon is clean, sparkling & smells good. I've visited many of the grooming salons in London but I must say Le Wag seems to get the most positive reaction from my pups. Every time I have dropped one off they seem happy, relaxed and wander off with the groomer no hesitation. I just see this as a really good sign. The salon itself is all on ground level, you can see all the way through, it's spacious and light. The space and the staff obviously immediately put dogs at ease and that is the main reason it is my most used salon in West London. Plus they have a cute little shop that I can never resist buying things in!! Oh and they do a fantastic coffee. Highly recommend.

Sacha makes my dog always feel so calm and she gives my Pomerania the best haircut he has ever had.

My dogs always love it when I take them for a bath. The groomers are so professional, I know they are in good care. Is a lovely place.
