Dishonest company. I signed up and paid for a qualified signature service, only to find out their service cannot work for a non French citizen. Within 24 hours I contacted them to cancel my service.
They never responsed. I tried to contact their billing, customer service, technical service numerous times, never any response.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Dishonest, robbery.
