It was a scam.
Update 03 August 2020: Bought a product from a website Dread.CX which ended up as a scam. Product was not delivered as advertised and merchant was not contactable since 13 July 2020.
After the review which was posted, I was contacted by Lex Holdings Group LLC's correspondence Kevin. He followed up with me and eventually offered a recovery which was accepted on my end.
