They shipped an item that didnt match their website. Getting a return or refund is nearly impossible. I have been quite patient but now will have to resort to a chargeback against them with my credit card. The worst customer service i have ever seen

This is not a reputable business. The pictures and descriptions of the products are misleading. Returning an item and getting a refund is a nightmare. I ordered an air conditioner and a blade free fan. After they had billed my credit card and got the money, low and behold that air conditioner is no longer available. They offered me a substitute at 50% off with just a picture, no specifics. I declined and ask for a full refund. I received an email on April 1st, stating I was being issued a full refund but it might take up to 10 days to post. On April 11th, I received another email stating I was being issued a full refund but it might take 10 days to post. I emailed them in return and noted that I was concerned about ever getting my refund. I did receive the blade free fan that I purchased for $44, a discount from $75, it is a plastic fan I wouldn't give you $5 for. I have ask 3 different times, in emails, to get a return authorization in order to return this item, my request has just been ignored. So even though the web site says easy returns, that is misleading as well. After 15 emails from this company, I have finally received the credit for the air conditioner but no answer to my return request. Needless to say, I don't recommend ordering from this place. Giving them a one star is generous!

The tailored blazer fits better than some of my expensive ones. Structured but not stiff and the sleeves are actually the right length for once. I wore it to work and then straight to dinner and it still looked fresh. Really didn’t think it would impress me this much but here we are.

I almost sent back the ribbed knit top becaulooked too simple online but I’m glad I tried it on first. It’s soft, flattering and doesn’t cling weirdly around the waist. I’ve worn it with jeans and a midi skirt and it just works. Sometimes simple really is better.

The cropped puffer surprised me. Warm but not bulky and i can still move my arms normally. Been wearing it nonstop lately.
