We have ordered MULTIPLE times in the past and were extremely satisfied -- however, I placed an order on March 15, paid $353, and STILL have not received my order. I have made multiple inquiries with no reply, and today I went to the website to find that it's no longer there? COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!

I asked to change sizes, the order never came, I asked for a refund and never got it. They never pick up the phone or answer emails—when they do answer emails it was with attitude.

Lexther is a not a honest company. I ordered a leather jacket that was too small and initiated a return in which they offered to give me 20% of the total cost and keep it, or I could return it. Again, since it was too small I opted to return it, and had to cover my own shopping cost. I shipped the jacket back to them and they confirmed the shipment in December 2022, and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve emailed them regularly since in which they promise a refund but I’ve never received it. A couple hundred dollars down the drain!

Ordered a jacket 1/14/23. Zero contact since. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I'm reaching out to the BBB.

I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me leave 0. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had buying something from a company. The communication and customer service is horrible. Good luck on your item ever being shipped. Good luck on getting someone to help with your order. I had to cancel my payment due to not receiving my item and not being able to get any help from lexther. Lexther is a horrible company and should not be selling to the public, they are not prepared to actually ship anything. They will try to steal your money!

What service!
Bought the bag as a gift in September, 2018. My friend was very pleased with it until the buckle broke. It broke while buckling. This happened in January, 2018. Was very disappointed; had it barely 2 months. However, the company stood behind its product and sent us a new one for absolutely no cost at all. Amazing service even after a year of sale! They didnt even want the old bag back!

Leather jacket
I don't dislike anything about it. Looks great fits really will for my size 155-160. I ordered a medium the chest is a bit snug i have a 42 chest and jeans size 32 so for me again a good fit. I'd definitely recommend this product to a friend or family member.
DO check the size chart before ordering though!

Instead of disappointment usually associated with online purchases, I was delighted to find the black color is a richer, slightly more cinnamon-black than I expected, the leather isn't stiff and cheap, but soft, and the fit was perfect. Love the Mayhem look (probably the reason I chose this one)

Nice casual jacket
I love this jacket because it doesn't look like a fanboy jacket. It kind of looks Vaderish, but not enough to look geeky (sorry geeks, no offense). I had looked at many sites for this and saw that some were synthetic. I took a chance on this one as it advertised real leather. It is. I didn't believe it at first because it's so soft, almost like glove leather. It has a great subtle leather smell. The quality is good also. Great zipper and stitching is well done. The fit is great for me. 6 foot 200 lbs and wear a size 44 suit. It came in a tight small package (which kind of concerned me) but the wrinkles and going away. Very nice!

Crooks!! Stay away from this company. It has been two months since they took my money and still no contact or product. I have have reached out many times and never heard anything. Beware!

Good value for the $$$
Overall I am pleased with the purchase. The fit is good. I went with XL based upon the size chart (I would normally go with L), and the fit is decent, a bit boxy through the stomach but honestly based upon the shoulder fit, if I had gone with the L it would not have fit. I have only worn the jacket a few times but have received compliments each time, so points for that to the manufacturer. Good value for money!

This bag is clearly made well. I gave this to my partner when she went back to college and she absolutely loves it. Smells wonderful too (if you're into genuine leather). I see her wearing it all the time and it is definitely built tough. It's kind of heavy by itself but honestly that just shows it's quality. Totally recommended. Looks really awesome too

Saved my back in crash
Short review. This jacket saved my back from road rash during a 40 mph high side motorcycle crash. Sure, 95% of it was tumbling but amazing somehow there wasn't a bit of damage to the jacket either. Here's some other info. The stitching for the lining is great and I love this jacket. Would definitely buy it again.

This company is trash. PLEASE don’t purchase anything from here. They have been giving me the run around for over a month for a jacket I was supposed to get three weeks ago. If I don’t get my money back I’m going to be PISSED!

Beautiful Leather jacket
I get compliments on it, I had to give it as a gift to my cousin as a gift since it was a size small. The quality is definitely good and it smells strong of leather. My cousin washed his in the washing machine and miraculously it did not shrink but it did weather the jacket and it looks even cooler. I AM NOT recommending that you wash yours in the washing machine just sharing what my (dumb) cousin did. Beautiful jacket and I am getting one for myself now too in larger size.

Runs Perfectly
Great Quality, Nice Feel Jacket, unfortunately a 3X was too Small. I'm 6'2"" and 275 Pounds and usually a 3X is a good fit, however this jacket is tight in the sleeves and unless you have thin hips it won't fit. However, the customer support got me the exchange jacket in no time at all and even refunded my shipping money when the policy said I had to pay for it. Excellent experience!
