Terrible Customer Support
Customer service and procedures to help customers are terrible. One of the parts I ordered was not received in the shipment. Had to call 4 times and wait on an email responses that took days. Customer support can't help when calling, they can only email.

I bought gas struts for my hatchback…
I bought gas struts for my hatchback and they don’t work properly. They don’t even have enough power to fully open the door. My old ones were better. I sent them an email with my concerns but got no response.

everything was great. i think the parts box and parts should put into another box like rockauto.com does.
one of the bigger part's box was partial open. i know that was main mainly the shipping company's fault.

Part came on time and was a perfect fit but I was a little surprised to learn that the replacement mirror I ordered did not actually come with a mirror. It was the entire assembly except for the mirror. I was able to salvage the mirror from my broken assembly, and it worked out ok.

I received and installed the…
I received and installed the replacement part, but unfortunately it does not appear to be working correctly. I followed the installation steps as best as possible, but the part is still not functioning and getting the same error code as before with the initial part.
I also could not find an easy way to contact customer service for troubleshooting assistance. Before assuming the part is defective, I would appreciate guidance to confirm that it was installed correctly or assistance with testing the part.
At this point, I would like either technical support, a replacement part, or instructions on the next steps.
