CT200h original wiper blades
Made the mistake of allowing a tire dealer to put replacement wiper blades on my car when they replaced the tires. The replacements looked terrible and didn't work well. Should have found LexusPartsNow sooner and just replaced the blade inserts myself. I was able to find the complete replacement blades for my Lexus wipers without a problem on the website. The shipping was fast. They work like new. Who could ask for anything more??

False advertisement. They tell you a shipping date then move it on you and offer nothing for the inconvenience. When you could of bought from somewhere else.

Unhappy With Transaction
I ordered 3 items from this site based on my previous experience. I decided to send two of them back due to no longer needing them. One item was an oil cooler tube and 6 spark plugs that were never taken out of their boxes. They would not accept the spark plugs due to them being an "electrical" item. I then send the other part back and check my Amex card after one week to make sure I received my refund, no refund issued. I then speak with an agent via live chat inquiring about my refund, she told me that if I took care of my own postage I will need to provide them with a tracking number. After doing so she let me know that she updated my return with the tracking number and I should receive an email confirming my refund. So the next day I did receive an email letting me know that my AMEX will be refunded, BUT they charged me $17.71 Restocking Fee on an $88.00 item. I just spent over $600.00 with them on my previous purchase. NEVER AGAIN!
