Good service thank you

I own three pairs of their sunglasses and I love the quality, even after a couple of years they look new. I had to call their customer service recently because the glasses I wanted to buy for my wife were out of stock and they were able to advise on when and where they were going to restock, they were very nice and helpful. Thank you

The Porsche of sunglasses

I love these sunglasses. You can tell they’re high quality by how they feel and the weight. I’ve typically been a RayBan person forever but these feel like I just upgraded from a Chevy to a Porsche. Plus they look cool.

Sturdy sunglasses

This was my third time getting a pair of sunglasses from this brand. My husband is picky, but he loves their unique designs especially for the summers. He's gone through many sunglasses but this brand seems to make the only indestructible sunglasses nowadays. The specific model I wanted to get wasn't available, but the customer service was very quick and efficient in giving me in-stock updates at different locations. Highly recommend!

quality and style of these glasses are absolutely unbeatable

When I went to the store in person, because the sunglasses I wanted was out of stock, the store associate offered to ship to my house in the US for free ! And for the tax refund in airport she gave me bag with an extra case and box in case they ask! Then in US I never received, they said it was an error never made the shipment, then they said out of stock, then they said in stock and sent for delivery and in USA we dont sign for packages so I did not know to be home until they sent it everyday for few days until I got it super fast all for free and so convenient and well-orchestrated service! Also the quality and style of these glasses are absolutely unbeatable, amazing

I would never give a customer support…

I would never give a customer support review of any corporation unless it was like a horrible experience, but I’ve never experienced service like LGR just really phenomenal level of care and helpfulness throughout the entire experience. I can’t say it enough how much I appreciate it.

Great company, great ethos and great products. Ordered two pairs of glasses from L.G.R. and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality, craftmanship and packaging.
