My experience was amazing. Ray my coach was brilliant, he made me feel confident again and was very helpful. The courses I did online were also very helpful in finding me my next job. Would recommend this service.

I was very depressed having been made redundant at very short notice and LHH people and activities helped me to get through that to the other side.

Absolutely negligible. They assigned me a coach who seemed to be a hoarder working out of her closet, she didn't offer me any help and tried to push me off to do the fewest possible 1:1 sessions. I've requested a new coach 3 times and have eventually had to pause my subscriptions because they're unwilling to respond to me. I haven't had to apply for a job in 14 years and I'm not getting the support I need. Use LHH if you want to be abandoned.

Nothing works. The AI resume tool worked worse than any of free LLM Gen-AI boys. The first event I signed up for, the instructor was MIA, did not know of the event until I informed her, and started the program 30 minute late. The job search function does not even allow me to enter my first five job choices even though they are fairly generic titles. The job suggestions on the home page all pay less than 20 percent of what I was making, they are on the wrong continent, and wrong field. And on the last two, I confirmed several times that I entered the correct information over and over again. And I am weeks into it after reporting these problems.

If I had it to over again, I would have asked for the money to retain my own help so there would be some accountability.

I am close to giving up on LHH even though it free to me because it has been a net negative.

I am being very fair and patient because I wanted to make this work. Please don't make my mistakes.

I personally paid for LHH’s coaching and found it to be of little value.

The program overpromised and underdelivered. Coaching was superficial (e.g., resume layout changes), and one coach openly admitted she didn’t know how to help me. After I paused and secured an interview on my own within four weeks, I was reassigned to a new coach who gave contradictory advice and attempted to take credit for my progress.

I paid for an extended program based on a promised post-hire transition. LHH tried to close my case early; sessions were reinstated only after I pushed back, then became sporadic due to repeated coach unavailability. I am still owed two sessions and have received no response to four emails over two months.

The alumni benefits are generic and widely available at no cost elsewhere.

In my view, LHH offers a polished corporate front but lacks substance—especially for individual clients paying out of pocket. I cannot recommend it.

Had a meeting scheduled with Tracy Isch regarding a job for which I was HIGHLY competent in meeting the employer's needs, with over 21 years' experience in this field/construction. She contacted me to schedule an online interview and never contacted me at our scheduled time. I tried 3 times to contact her and never received a response. I tried contacting her manager, Doloras/Doris, twice and never heard back from her either. I found that to be very unprofessional. If you are a company seeking a recruiting firm, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. They are not providing you with the best that you deserve. If you are a job seeker, I recommend the same. You are on hold for multiple minutes and then told to leave a message, which is never returned.

You write a job description demanding that applicants speak American English only. There is no much difference between British English and American English apart from the accent and a few words. This is very discriminatory. I am African and I have been to several US states.

Crap service, don't reply to emails. You aren't interested in the individual. I asked you to review my CV, you put it through AI, lazy! It was all wrong, made no sense at all. Then just kept saying we've reviewed it. Lazy! You only provide courses and sessions that are targeted at people at lower grades not executives, you are just money making and not really sympathetic to the cause. Rubbish.

pretty useless, super slow, ineffieient service. I wonder how LHH even able to open a company without capable to do even a registration after a month. I won't know LHH doing any real help job or just a show off company.
My HR gave me, I signed up Jun 2025 & now end Jul 2025, the reply i got since 8Jul & no update at all.

Promises were made in the beginning yet the actually delivered services were poor and of no value. Coordination between LHH branches was not working. The assigned coach kept asking me the same questions over and over again but failed to deliver things that actually would help or assist me. Even after completing a survey from them were I explained my points I heard nothing ever since. Too bad, the advertised program content and options sounded really nice.

This organisation serves literally zero other purpose than to tell you to rewrite your CV without any guidance as to what should be addressed. Had I rather than my former employer paid for their “services” I would likely be engaged in litigation as against them at this point.

I had a disappointing experience with this staffing agency. In my opinion, they were unprofessional in their communication and follow-through. I would not recommend them based on my interactions, and I encourage others to explore more reliable staffing options. Time is valuable, and I felt mine was not respected.

LHH provided me with an excellent programme of career support which genuinely optimised my recent career transition. My Career Coach Sally was professional, so encouraging and provided really constructive ideas to help evaluate the opportunities available to me. The range of on line resources were first class. I particularly loved the broad range of Live Events which were not only informative but facilitated a great exchange of knowledge and ideas from others on the Programme. I've used LHH both as a customer and client over many years. I have always found the LHH team to be knowledgeable, adaptable, responsive and supportive. I would highly recommend them.

Sally Walker at LHH has been a fantastic support during a time when I was looking for a new job. She asked what kind of support I wanted, provided accountability to keep me on track, and made lots of practical suggestions about avenues I could explore. She was also compassionate and kind during a very stressful time.

The webinars I attended with LHH were also excellent - particularly the full day Interview Spotlight sessions with lots of time to learn and practise new skills.

Without their focussed and knowledgeable support, I'm not sure I would have found a new job in the time I did.

I'm not surprised to see the poor scores. My ex employer gave this as a service for people who were made redundant.

I hope they paid less than five pounds.

I'm always open to learning and coaching. I've been in leadership roles for 15 years and have sales and it experience for 30. My "coach" had never worked in sales, or IT. And had a couple of years experience as an office manager. She failed to turn up to the call time she set.

Absolute waste of time and money.
