Schon am nächsten Morgen um 7:55 Uhr habe ich eine handgeschriebene E-Mail vom Team erhalten.
Ihnen war aufgefallen, dass der Abholort viel zu weit von meinem Wohnort entfernt liegt.
Nach dieser korrektur konnte ich die Bestellung korrigieren, und bereits innerhalb von 2 Tagen war sie bei mir.
Bin durchaus begeistert
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Bestellabwicklung. Superschnelle Lieferung, Mittwoch mittags bestellt, Donnerstag mittags per DHL schon geliefert. Und gut verpackt. Eine E-Mail-Anfrage wurde innerhalb von 2 Minuten (!) beantwortet.
