Easy ordering, good communication when I was asking questions regarding the purchase and delivery.
Ordered 24/11 arrived from Italy to France on 9/12, tracking provided. Chairs had to have arms and back put on by ourselves. The delivery man did lift into the house for us, even though he wasn’t expecting to. They fit into the home well and are comfortable, meets our needs. Thank you.

This company has the most dedicated customer service ever experienced. I was searching for a traditional Italian children’s high chair. They are wooden with a straw seat - look it up on Liberoshopping page if you don’t know them. They allow a child to sit up at table with the family without the vast expanse of plastic in modern high chairs. It is also super helpful for them to write and draw at the family table. I live in Northern Ireland where the challenges of Brexit are super acute. Nothing defeated Antonella. She worked tirelessly to ensure I got my lovely chairs. It was like working in a team rather than a client relationship.
