I love the shoes.

Beautiful sandals! Shipping was a breeze and arrived earlier than expected!

Hello, I ordered sandals awhile back maybe a year and half ago? Apologies, I do not have order number and chose to not write a review at the time. I just received your request again, to make a statement, and as I have some time available to me, I am doing so.

I was very happy with how customer service reached out to clarify my order of 2 pairs of 2 sizes, as your sandals are made to order. They suggested I measure again and helped me narrow my order to one pair-one size.

When sandals arrived they were well packaged and well delivered. I was thrilled with the look and excited to take them to Spain for the summer. They fit perfectly out of box.

After a few days of wearing them, the strap stretched and I was unable to keep them snug on my feet. Maybe my ankles are small - however I have never had issues before with leather sandals. I adjusted the strap to a tighter hole setting but it stretched even more. I had to take them to a trusted shoe cobbler to ask what my options were, as there was no additional room on the strap to make more holes. The sandal length was perfect but the strap was not holding my foot in place. I wonder about the design of it overall or if the leather is just too soft and too giving? The cobbler told me that as I continue to tighten the strap the strap will continue to stretch with the pressure of my ankle and walking - and he was correct.

In the end the repair shop had to cut the strap shorter and make-shift it to fit my ankle. I paid a high additional cost for this and after wearing them again the leather strap continued to stretch. I am disappointed in this as I adore the look so much and really wanted these to work for me. I have petite feet and am a petite 5’1 and wanted a chunky look to balance out my overall dress appearance in summer shorts and skirts.

I do still wear them occasionally but they do not really stay snug on my feet. I would have returned them had I known the leather would continue to stretch out of shape, but since I had altered the strap I assumed you would not take them back or refund me.

Thank you reaching out for my review. I do appreciate a company that truly cares what their customers overall experience is.

I would love to know if you’ve re-designed the sandals I purchased based on other comments regarding the stretchy-ness of the strap and fit? Please let me know. In addition, I would try a new pair (with no cost to me) if you would like more feedback.

My bag is perfect! Very sturdy beautiful leather and was better than I expected. There was No weird smells or imperfections when I received it. Very responsible company. My only complaint or feedback is the shipping process. My bag took a very long time to come which was ok for me as Libertè let me know it would take some time However, there were times when I felt as though I may have bought from a scam because the shipping went into a black out period where there was no follow up. It was shipped through DHL. Just for reference bag was ordered 3/3/2022, and my bag was delivered via DHL on 3/18/22 after several emails to find out why it was sitting a facility for several days and DHL kept saying it was shoes. Libertè informed me that it should be received by 3/21 and it came earlier than that. My gripe is with DHL and not Libertè.

The sandals did not work for me so I had to return. I didn't appreciate the hassle of returning. I was asked to take photos of the sandals to see if I would even get "approved" for return. After a few days I finally got "approved". Liberte didn't provide a return shipping label. Returning would cost me 3 times what the sandals actually cost since they're being shipped to Indonesia. Never again will I purchase from this company and I will make sure other don't either. Y'all could at least pay for shipping.

Love my mules. They go with every outfit - dress up or dress down. I do wish they had come fitting a little more snug on the foot though since they stretch as you wear them.

I love these shoes. They are minimalist and match with a lot of my outfits. The most important thing though, they're so comfortable. You can wear these with anything!

The bags were the best. The shoes had a weird squeak and had rigid bottoms but are very beautiful and I still wear them.
But the bags!! I have already bought 2 and am buying one more.

I love this company. I have several pairs of their shoes. The quality of their shoes and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend. If you’re on the fence about ordering something just do it.

Five star service after all….. I am revising my original review. After I posted my review that was not positive, I was contacted immediately by the customer service manager Ben. He apologized and wanted to make the situation right immediately and he did. He explained that they are a small business and satisfaction is extremely important to them. He further explained that staff may have needed some training based on how I was originally handled. This makes sense and as a business professional myself I understand mistakes happen. It is that the way the mistake is handled that shows the integrity of the company.

The shoes look cute and are comfortable. The quality is not the best. The rubber really smells bad, but I hope that goes away with time.
But the worst part is that if you get your size wrong then they will make you ship it to Indonesia on your dime for an exchange or return. Which will cost you more than the shoes. I wouldn’t purchase again.

I really like the sandals and I have a couple pair, but the slides are a little wide across the front of the foot and the one pair that I have that are a wooden heel are very heavy and having a woven band across the front there’s no support to keep my foot in place so my foot won’t stay straight and slides off the back of the shoe. I’ve only been able to wear them once and I haven’t worn them again because they’re unsafe. I’m not exactly sure when I purchased them. I’ve had them a couple of years and I’ve been trying to sell them on Facebook marketplace for all that time.

My leather purse from Liberte was very well made. Beautiful, soft leather. I carry it every day!

I hoped these sandals would fit better considering their European origin. I have narrow, flat feet. The shoes, while extremely well made, are huge and awkward, very wide. And although the ankle strap can hold my foot
In place, they look clunky and large. They are also pretty heavy.

Great quality for a reasonable price. Feels like a luxury brand when you open your package. The quality of the leather and the craftsmanship is noticeable. I got the mule and it is so comfortable and stylish. Its a classic. I've seen others that have come out from other makers and the style of this one is perfect to pair with a flow skirt or a boxy capri. Highly recommend. Runs true to size.

I have a large foot (size 11) women's and whenever I order sandals online I'm always nervous. The leather and quality of liberty was SUPERB !! I looooove them !!!

Sandals as described, comfortable.

It’s a beautiful leather purse. I’ve had it several months now and seems that it will hold up for years to come. I’m in the US so it took a little longer to arrive. But I’d order from this company again.

Had no problem using their web site when I ordered my sandals, I do recommend following the instruction. My sandals were a perfect size. Received in about two weeks in perfect condition great craftsmanship.

The heeled closed toe shoe I bought has bee. Extremely comfortable and versatile since day one. Great company...would definitely buy again!
