I liked the base trainings which have been removed. The app looks neat, (sub)categories divided clearly.

Started to earn money and they closed me without any appropriate explanation. Account 2805611515.

They wrote: "Please be informed that in accordance with the Agreement and in particular 23.1 and 23 (2)(a), the Company reserves the right to terminate the business relationship immediately without prior notice."

So, they can close you for any reason, even if you have an open position.

For a company representative:
If you need new clients and keep your current clients you should also keep profitable traders, its part of your business or you are just an another kitchen, who have all trades within a company.

You are bit late to give opportunity to make profit

Really poor menu, leverage, nothing to analyse.
Most important, you as client are always under the table 😁 contrary to this broker because they spread you 200 plus 0,1 fee... When taking position.
Just on time spread is often 500 not on your site... In comparison to other service providers That is pure evil... They have speciall program uploaded.... 😉.
So fee 0,1 is total fiction. You are paying many times more at every step...
Everything under- or overstated for their profit. Libertex is hungry for clients money.
Look some cheaper and more friendly environment especially for crypto...

False promises of bonuses
They assign you a financial advisor, everything is fine until they tell you that for depositing they will give you bonuses and that you can continue working with them.
In my case, they promised me $5000 for depositing the same amount… to make a long story short, they never give you the bonuses they promise you.
Don't believe that!

Today is the third day that my withdrawal has been pending and nothing is being done. There are no communications coming from anywhere. I am very unsatisfied with the service here when I get better service from Solic. Account will be closed as soon as i am able to take out my fund

I’ve made a withdrawal request for over 3 days and it’s not yet granted as I write this review. This is the second time I’m having this kind of issues. I’ve resubmitted my complaint and am still waiting for a response.

This company is an absolute disgrace! I've been waiting for over a month to receive MY MONEY, and they’ve completely disappeared. No replies, no updates, NOTHING. It’s as if they’ve vanished into thin air after taking what’s mine. They are SCAMMERS, plain and simple.

Their so-called "customer service" is a JOKE. I’ve sent countless emails. It’s almost as if they enjoy ignoring their customers, leaving us helpless while they run away with our hard-earned money.

If you’re thinking about doing business with them—DON’T. This company should be SHUT DOWN immediately to prevent them from scamming more people.

Very useful and they teach me everything that i need

All the positive comments written here are fake. You can deposit money to this company in seconds. But it takes weeks to receive your money. I have registered with 3 different accounts in 4 years. The same problem with all of them. I have hundreds of euros that I have borrowed from them. They constantly ask you for verification. They try not to give you your money. In the end, you give up. All the good comments are fake. Do not become a member.

Good Userinterface.
The Trends and Indicators could be provided via standardized API for each symbol. It would be nice to see some indicators/measures directly within the graph (e.g. moving average etc.) to make it more visual on first sight. But overall simple and intuitive UI

It was okay in the start but now if you open a trade you get expired date for your Trade. I have reach to the customer service but I don't get help Because a libertex have make this Changes and for me it's not okay.

I really can recommend Libertex. For me it works super well. The service is very good and fast, Dagmar is helping me with all kind of issues, she is very kind and helpful and also fast, I really appreciate her service!

People stay away from Libertex! You will never succeed in this scam platform at all!!!
