Terrible experience with Libertex
If you trade with Libertex, you will face severe mental stress and emotional pressure. They play with your trust, ignore your withdrawal requests, and leave you completely frustrated.
Instead of supporting their clients, they create obstacles that can even affect your mental health and peace of mind. I lost thousands of dollars because of their unclear policies and lack of honesty.
This is the worst broker I have ever dealt with, and I would never recommend anyone to deposit money with them.

Libertex doesn't pay my money back
Libertex doesn't pay my money back. They requested lots of KYC documents, I sent them everything. Now they asked for more papers what I refused to provide. Now they say they will not give my money back. However I requested to close my trading account. This is fully against law.
Update: receiving the same template answer all the time, just like here in the reply. Like nobody understands what I say.

At the same time, the Company has a certain set of risk rules, let's call them triggers, and if the system perceives an application as suspicious based on one of these triggers, it may be directed to an employee for further review. The employee, in turn, may request certain documents from the client.
In your case, there is a request for documents and at the moment the necessary documents have not been provided. We understand your frustration about not being able to receive the funds at the moment, but we also want to point out that the Company operates in strict compliance with FATF regulations, so these checks, although unpleasant, are a part of any forex broker's work.
We kindly ask you to provide the documents according to the request you have received.
