My experience with Liberty was wonderful from start to finish. It was a nail-biting process as a first time homebuyer but Hayley was great. She made sure everything was done to ensure I got my house.

Great range of financial products for a non bank, however being an online lender (ie no branch/F2F) the systems are extremely slow and discharging mortgages feels nearly impossible. Hours of waiting on a phone to get a discharge form, then have to wait weeks for them to be ready to discharge with their normal process time frames. Nothing complicated just a simple refinance to other bank. Won’t go this way in future but it may suit some. Do your research before going this way. Easy to get the money but very difficult to pay it out and discharge the loan!
