Both Zoe and Mhairi have been amazing and instrumental in my mortgage application process! Zoe has been extra diligent in securing the product, and Mhairi has been very good at communicating, chasing and liaising with the lender as it took extra long to get the offer. Never had the need to chase them for an update- once was always forthcoming! I cannot recommend them enough and thanks both for your support.

Zoe, and latterly Mhairi, were very thorough throughout the entire application process. Zoe began the process with us and talked us through everything, keeping us right as we went along. She chased up when the lender was taking their time to get back to us, holding things up. She also always made time for us for phone calls, and was very responsive with emails. She made the entire process much less stressful, and would happily use her services again.

I was recommended Zoe however she never returns calls and when finally she txt me after I tried her number, she arranged a call 1 week later . I received no call and once again had to contact her .
Really poor service and not sure how she runs a business like that !

Zoe, is just an incredible professional in what she does. She is so friendly so prompt in responding and accommodating, always ready to help and assist us holding our hands in this first mortgage which our biggest investment so far and then come Mhairi smooth operation and very friendly both of them hassle free. Would 101% recommend them to anyone that cares or not care because both of them were so amazing. I am so happy.
