I ordered their top router, but the wrong one was delivered.
There was great communication and the replacement was delivered the next day along with paid envelope for the return.

The router is superb, easy to set up and works perfectly.
I have dealt with this company before and their support is second to none.
I would highly recommend them

I have used Libertyshield for over 5 years. I upgraded my router and had terrible trouble with it getting over here to France, Refused at customs and sent back then taking ages next time with the French Post. All the time Libertyshield team responded immediately to any emails i sent. When it did arrive they helped amazingly to set it up as i had a few problems my end. Very very happy. How you judge a company is how they handle issues and they are A1. Thanks Simon

Immediate positive response which is unlike other large businesses who usually say it will take x working days to get back……and when they do very few of them give a satisfactory solution.

Our UK rarely stops working, usually caused by an ISP issue. On the occassions when it does a simple email to Libertyshield support gets an immediate response and the issue is solved.

Am a new subscriber amd when connected the VPN,’the wi-fi kept dropping. A quick email to Angela to explain my frustration was dealt with straight away. A re-set their end, some super easy to follow re-boot instructions and problem solved. All working as it should.
