Keith was just great.

Keith was just great, incredibly fast response on New Year's Day. He explained with sensitivity that my VPN had expired due to its being in my husband's name (he has recently passed away and his bank account closed). He explained exactly what I should do to reinstate the account, and within minutes it was up and running again. I continue to be impressed with the great customer service from LibertyShield.

Great team…

I originally had a VPN router off these guys. Brilliant router, but I had a power cut and pressed reset on box, so it trashed it. I got in touch with liberty shield, and sold me a newer version and set it up. Very quick service. And help you whenever you have problem. 👍
