They make good stuff but I haven't had any success with their customer service. This mop comes with a silly but necessary and breakable clip that they don't sell replacements for & their customer service isn't helpful. I wonder if it's a tactic to get you to buy the same product repeatedly when you shouldn't need to. Whi knows? Other than that issue, they have some decent household products for sure.
