Money gone - no service
I was charged €34.99 without receiving any service. I have reported the transaction to my bank and am pursuing a chargeback through my credit card provider.

as per all the other comments a total scam, trading standards needs to investigate this, many people will be unaware they are being scammed by this company. signing up to a subscription you neither need nor want and unable to cancel or get a refund, and give you nothing for their service, whatever that is!

Two payments (34.99 each time) have been taken (in Feb 2026 and March 2026)without any recollection of agreeing to payment. I have no idea if it was for a subscription - I have no idea. I too have put messages on the site - no reply sent back - and tried to phone them and they just kept me hanging on and didn’t answer. I have reported to the bank but I will not get any money back for the two payments made. I don’t understand how they were able to access Apple Pay (from where payments were made).

This is just a scam
This is just a scam, please beware they will take £34.99 out of your account, and when you request a refund they will just keep on asking for more and more information. They don’t answer the phone, they just tell you to contact them online. Then they just pump you for more and more information. Please beware everyone.

Ashamed to say I just fell victim to…
Ashamed to say I just fell victim to the very same scam by this organisation. Contacted my bank to report it when I saw the pending payment and they said they had put a payment stop on it but it failed - payment left my account. Attempts to contact LIBRARYHUBS.COM and follow their own cancellation procedures on their website also failed. Customer service tel number just keeps you on a constant recorded message about all operators being busy and the 'Click Here' link to cancel doesn't function at all. What authorities can I report this to, anyone?

Total scam fraudsters! Ask for 0.01p to verify you're a person then take £34.99 from your bank because apparently "you've subscribed" !!!!
I emailed them and they said I had no subscription yet money gone from my bank!!!
