The selection of books is wide and the prices quite good. Customer service is perfect👌 I give five stars, though the packaging could maybe be improved. It is a long transport here to Finland and the boxes are a bit shattered upon arrival, luckily only one of my books has been a bit damaged.

Incorrect Delivery - Terrible Customer Service
I ordered 3 books on 12th January, longest wait time was 13 days for one of the books. Eventually a delivery was made on the 18th February. One book was damaged, and the third book was the incorrect book (and also damaged). I informed them of this and they told me I had to send back the useless book to them and then 20 days after they have received the unwanted book they would send out the book I originally ordered. This is for a book which costs 9 EUR. They made a mistake and I am being inconvenienced by their incompetence. Any normal company would apologise and send out the correct book immediately. Never, ever deal with this company. I tried to not use the big names like Amazon, but if they treat customers like this they will never get repeat custom.

After informing you, you kindly agreed to receive it with a discount. The second issue occurred due to a mistake during packing, and we sincerely apologise for the incorrect book that was sent. As soon as we were informed, we arranged a courier to collect the incorrect item and issued a refund for it. The longer resolution time was mainly due to the shipping time required by the supplier for the replacement title. We truly regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. While we always do our best to ensure everything goes smoothly, occasional mistakes can happen — we are only human. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our processes.

I wish I found this shop sooner
I ordered two books and they arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. It took some time to get them, but I can't really blame anyone, because I placed my order between two holidays. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and I will be buying again!
