Total scam. Was told twice that the booked shipped. It never did. Never received it. Customer service won’t return emails or phone calls. Had to file credit card fraud with my bank.

I placed an order, received confirmation, then nothing!
I placed an order on Aug 2, 2023 and received an order confirmation email. Then dead silence. Order tracker says ""awaiting fullfillment" last update Aug 2nd. Not helpful. I have requested an order status update by email and left messages at 321-421-0206. The phone number provided has a very generic message "this person is not available". Left a voice message with Absolutely NO response.

Items OK But Don't Want Forced Membership
Books were okay. What I don't like is being force to be a member.
I just wanted my books and be left alone. I don't want e-mails, I don't want junk mail or anything.
I just want to make a purchase, leave and never hear from them again. Unless I contact them for more items.
