Sent payment for my prescription

Sent payment for my prescription. The end.
They will not answer emails and blocked my phone number. Not that they will ever answer the phone.
Call before you send payment. See if they answer.
Total scam. Good luck

Fraudulent.

Health canada denied my license given by license to grow. Then license to grow threaten me with authorities. They're crazy. Make sure you read recent reviews before you give them money.

Be careful

Been using these guys for a few years. Everything was fine until recently, when Health Canada denied my renewal based on their opinion that nobody needs more than 25 grams per day. Despite Health Canada taking this position, LTG is still selling prescriptions up to 95 grams per day that they claim have guaranteed approval from Health Canada.

I asked for a lower prescription under 25 grams per day rather than a refund, and they agreed. However the first one didn't make it through the mail....... Somehow. So, they said they'll resend it, hopefully it gets here but looking at the other reviews my situation here seems to fit a pattern.

Two star review is based on prior experiences that were very good. Seems like things might have changed though, so think about how much you're prepared to lose before you put your money down.

Unable to provide the service they advertise.

They were not able to help me renew my licence at it's original prescription quantity. They then said they would submit a smaller application for me and that would more likely get approved but nothing came of that either. Then they stopped replying to my emails and I haven't been able to contact them, so no licence and no refund, and no recourse.

They won’t reimburse $170 owed

I paid them for 90 gr per day prescription prior to my medical appointment. The nurse made it clear that she could write it but that Health Canada would refuse me. I notified Tony at Licence to grow and was told that I’d get a refund for the difference. Two months and multiple emails later, I received my prescription via email and was told that my refund had been sent in cash without tracking. How convenient for them. Now I’m out $170
