they emailed me with a job for FAKE Real Estate GA…Offered membership at $0/month, then immediately charged my card for $148/mo. BOTH emails on their site come back as Undeliverable AND no on answer

they emailed me with a job for GA licensed Agent with an out of state Agent. Their "membership fee is $148/mo, BUT discounted to $0 for "founding Members. Before you can apply to the fake job posting, you need to be a member.
Si I signed up for the $148/mo plan and the site said it WILL BE DISCOUNTED to $0 on checkout. SURPRISE- THEY BILLED ME IMMEDIATELY FOR THE FULL $148/MO! I then received a message from there out of state agent that he miraculously already engaged with another GA agent- too bad for me, right?
SO, I sent emails to LicenseLinkUps to their TWO identifiable email address for a refund- BOTH EMAILS WERE UNDELIVERAB:LE- ANOTHER SURPRISE.

Then I sent several texts and phone mails- NO RESPONSES FOR 3=THREEDAYS . Then, after threatening to report the to the US and GA States Attorney's Offices, which I did- again 3 DAYS later, a lady calls me to say there was a website error and I should have been billed $0- at least for the 1st month. I had already filed a scam report with my bank to dispute the $148 charge.

SO- STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AS YOU CAN- BUYER BEWARE- THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES AND DO NOT RESPOND WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
