I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus with Lifetime License for a small fraction of what you would pay for a 1-year subscription of Microsoft 365. The only thing better than the price is the customer support. I emailed for assistance during the initial activation and received an immediate response from David who gladly walked me through it. A little over a year later I had somehow deactivated my subscription and emailed for assistance. David once again responded immediately and I was up and running in no time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and happy to help.

If you see a Microsoft product sold by License Tom for an unbelievably low price, it's not too good to be true - it's 100% legit, and License Tom is one company that will stand behind its products and offer superior customer service. They have my highest recommendation.

Responsiveness great. David was quick to provide support in updating my license to MAC as I accidentally checked the incorrect license during the purchase process.

I ordered software for my mac, and they sent a link for the Windows edition instead. When I asked for the correct download link, they said that they'd send a link for what I actually purchased if I left a positive review on Trustpilot and sent them a screenshot to confirm I'd done that. We had a little difficulty getting the product to appear as licensed. There was some sort of glitch likely with our computer. Licensetom was VERY responsive and offered several options to get the product to work properly. They stayed engaged throughout and continued to email us suggestions until one worked. The product is working very well now! Highly recommend.

I purchased a Groupon for Microsoft Office 2019 from License Tom for my wife and I. The process of purchasing, applying my redemption code and installing with the product key was easy and quick. The price was so reasonable too. This was a perfect product and price point for two people that use simple spreadsheets and word documents. License Tom also has a very response customer service team. I was having trouble redeeming the code, but David reached out to help. When I got a new pc, I wanted to use the code I received but I lost all my emails. David reached out again and helped with that as well. Customer service was really supportive.
