Excellent customer service

I am so happy that I found License Tom. The price is perfect! I am a nursing student and needed word for my essays. He was able to walk me through the steps by providing a step by step detailed email showing to the instructions. I am so happy I made this purchase.

I encountered a problem, and David from customer service team was very quick to resolve it. Pleasantly surprised as I did not expect such a quick resolution/ response.

I accidentally purchased the wrong version of office Windows vs. Mac, and David the rep helping me was extremely quick to respond and resolve my issue, providing me a free exchange of office windows for Mac! I was able to resolve in the matter of a few hours with David, whereas I'm sure other companies might have taken, days or weeks to exchange or issue a refund. Additionally, it is so nice to be going back and forth with what appears to be a person instead of a bot. Really appreciate the support on the site.

i recently bought a license through License Tom and had a great experience. The original buy was beyond smooth. The license was emailed to me super quickly. The Microsoft 2024 Professional application was easy to install by following the instructions provided. The Microsoft Publisher was not included in the suite, however, I requested and David at Licensetom.com offered to provide me with a complimentary Microsoft 2021 application that included Publisher. David explained that Microsoft 2024 Professional no longer included Publisher. Thanks David.

Needed help with Microsoft Licensing. Failed to activate Office. Contacted License Tom for help on a Saturday afternoon. I thought, oh boy not going to get very far today but with an hour (because I was doing other things too) they had ma back up and activated. They then took the next step to ensure that it was actually done. This kind of service is rare. I very much appreciated every aspect of their support.
