Lichtbild created a very beautiful model of my chosen location. I couldn't believe how accurate the terrain is. From creation to my doorstep in less then one week.. that very good for the model traveling half way across the world.

False marketing. Excellent quality shown on video. When I ordered, they came back with half of the board absolutely empty. They do not own upto false marketing. Why would you send something g that doesn’t represent reality if the whole idea is to replicate the area?

Having recently come across this company and learned what they do, I ordered a model of a place that has significance for my wife, for her birthday.

The model was dispatched in 2/3 days and delivered by Fedex at the exact day and time they specified.

The model is excellent.

Am I impressed? Vey impressed.

Be very careful when you’re considering buying something from this company!
My first order went fine and we really liked the model. So after a while we decided to buy a second one from another place that means something to us. Before ordering I made a screenshot from the preview of the model as presented on the site.
When the order arrived it turned out it was not the one I ordered, it was a replica from the first model, ordered a few months earlier. No problem, mistakes happen, so I contacted the support service. To my total surprise they didn’t even listen to my story, didn’t take the screenshots ( with date and time stamp) into consideration, or tried to come to a reasonable solution. Instead they were rude, accused me of ordering the same model twice, made no effort at all to to see if anything could have gone wrong and made me pay for the model I did not order.
The communication was so terrible, that I even started to fear their next response. Because of this I don’t even enjoy looking at the first model we ordered anymore, cause it brings up all these negative emotions.
Be warned! It’s a nice, but expensive, product, but the people in this company are rude and the service is really bad!
