Old tyres sold as new…
Delivered tyres with year of production 2023, but I ordered new in 2026! Sice they were delivered directly to the tyre shop,I did not have the chance to check before they were mounted.

A tyre produced in 2023 and delivered in 2026 can still fall within the standard DOT policy if it is under 36 months old. DOT information is shown on the site for tyres over 36 months or for DEMO tyres. When properly stored, a tyre can be kept for several years without loss of quality.
That said, if you believe the DOT information was not correctly indicated at the time of purchase, please open a ticket with our service après-vente so the details can be checked carefully.
Please note that tyres already mounted generally cannot be taken back, as they are safety items and cannot be returned to stock. Our team will still review your case and provide the most appropriate follow-up.

Regarding the tyre age, DOT is only indicated on our site for tyres over 36 months. A 2-year-old tyre is therefore generally within the usual standards when it has been properly stored. If you believe the information provided was unclear or if you have any concern about the tyres received, please open a ticket with our service après-vente so the case can be reviewed carefully.
