Terrible.
Ordered eyelashes over two weeks ago, but have received nothing. After a week I got in contact and was told they are going to send me another pair tomorrow and ever since they have been ignoring my messages and emails. Do not order from here

Never got item and emailed twice no reply avoid this company

I ordered from this company a while ago and they took over a month to arrive. I thought I would give them the benefit on the doubt because I love their lashes, however, I ordered some two weeks ago and still not here. Considering they advertise “next day delivery” on their website this is ridiculous. The communication from them is really poor also. £30 spent and nothing received!

Still waiting on item that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago.
When you contact them you don’t even get a reply back.

Love these eyelashes however delivery is poor on 3 ocasions I’ve paid for next day delivery and it’s took over 1 week to come !

Ordered a pair of lashes that arrived 2 weeks late. Do not order from lids and lashes. They do not respond to any form of contact; email or Instagram. The worst customer service I have ever had.

This has to be my favourite brand for lashes. fast delivery and perfect lashes each time! I've bought 3 pairs of nina lashes now which have each lasted 15-20 wears each. My new go-to brand, only criticism is that they have been sold out quite a few times when I have gone to purchase.

I ordered 2 pairs of lashes and still didn’t receive them after saying they would arrive 2-3 working days. After 2 weeks of waiting I then decided to email them to get an update. As they didn’t reply I again emailed them and yet again they didn’t answer. I then decided to pm them on their Facebook account and got an automated reply saying they would get back to me but surprise surprise they didn’t. My last attempt to get in contact with them was their Instagram account. So I wrote on one of their pictures where everyone could see ,that I wasn’t happy with the service and funnily enough they replied instantly and told me to privately dm them, which I did. They said that my package was already delivered but wouldn’t show me Proof of it. So here I am writing a review because now they are not answering me again. Don’t waste your time ordering from here there’s plenty of other lash companies. Thanks for providing me with the worst customer service!

Best lashes I buy! I recommend them to everyone. I’m always complimented on my lashes. They are great quality and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lashes.

Absolutely love the lashes I received. Gutted they weren’t here for bank hol but I think they will be my new favourite go to x
