We bought a product from them

We bought a product from them, and the moment we needed to return it, everything went downhill. You can try emailing them over and over again, no response. Calling them? Pointless, nobody ever answers. Zero follow-up, zero support. Basically, once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own. If you have any issues or need a return, forget it, they simply don’t care and offer no real customer service at all.

Broken bracelet

My boyfriend bought me a pretty gold chain bracelet with a love heart on it. It broke as soon as I unwrapped it. Not the kind of quality you expect for €60. Disappointing. We will be returning it and buying a new one from somewhere else.

Just recently, after making an online purchase, I reached out to customer service about a small issue with my account. Their response was quick, polite, and the problem was resolved immediately.
