Very Disappointed With the Results
I completed a full cellulite treatment course last year and was advised that it could take up to six months to see proper results. Unfortunately, it has now been well over six months and I have seen absolutely no noticeable improvement.What makes this even more disappointing is that I also lost over a stone in weight during this time, so I expected at least some visible change. Sadly, nothing has improved and the treatment feels like a complete waste of money.I raised my concerns but no refund, solution, or proper support was offered. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with both the results and the customer service experience.

We are sorry that you feel this way. After looking into this further for you, I see that you attended our clinic over two years ago in April 2023. You only completed half of the recommended treatment plan that was devised for you by our advanced therapist. You then made the decision to stop, even though you were advised against this.
Although we offer exceptional treatment and will always give clients 100% of our care and expertise, we can never guarantee results and we do our utmost to manage our clients' expectations.
I do feel that under these circumstances, it is not fair over two years later, to send such a poor review and mention not being refunded, as stopping treatment was solely your decision. At no time was a refund offered or discussed.

Dr Liesel is amazing
After two bad experiences with chin filler, I decided to see Dr Liesel based on a recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I wanted to achieve. The treatment was performed carefully and thoughtfully and I now have exactly the result I was hoping for - the placement is perfect, giving a very natural look. I wouldn't trust anyone else now - I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

My experience from beginning to end was quite underwhelming. I didn’t feel truly heard or thoughtfully guided toward my personal goals. The recommendations seemed broad and impersonal rather than specifically tailored to my needs, which left me feeling more unsure than confident afterward. Although Dr. Liesel was courteous, the overall environment of the clinic lacked the warmth and reassurance I had anticipated. Sadly, it was not the encouraging and confidence-building experience I had hoped for.

Superb treatments in a lovely environment
I’ve been to see Agi for hydrafacials before and have recommended her to a friend. I really like the treatment, I feel like my skin is getting a really deep clean, and Agi is fantastic at what she does. The new clinic is lovely and a very calm environment for all.

A natural, subtle result — exactly what I wanted
This was my second visit to Dr Liesel’s clinic. I had dermal filler in the cheeks to provide structure. As a man in his 40s, I wanted a very natural result — nothing feminine and nothing that looks like I’ve had “work done”.
After explaining all of this, Dr Liesel completely put me at ease. Her experience really shows, and she knows exactly how to achieve a subtle, balanced result. The outcome was perfect: completely natural, just fresher, well-rested, and like a few years have been taken off.
Dr Liesel is always warm and friendly, which is a refreshing change compared to some clinics you find around Harley Street. The whole team are lovely and very welcoming — especially Shara at the front desk.
