Like others have said, absolute waste of time and unfortunately money! The products actually come from China not the uk.. ordered a jacket of which I wasn’t expecting much, but 2 months later I received a shirt that loosely resembles the items picture and description. Can’t even contact the so called company.. Don’t bother with lifecoli total scam

Do not buy anything from those cheaters!!! I waited 2 months for my item, and when finally it was delivered, it was with very bad quality, nothing in common with that which i ordered. Everything in their site is chinese garbage!!! The return address is in China. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish. Ordered stuff back in early Dec arrived 26 Feb. Nothing like what was ordered.

Fobbed off with BS every time I contacted them.

This is a Chinese based company, nothing mentioned on the website, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. This makes consumer rights none existent for other countries.

Give this company a wide birth.

Wish I'd have read the reviews also. Incorrect item received and they refuse to pay return carriage costs.

I have been ripped off by LIFECOLI, dont use, quality is rubbish, delivery is months and they will not give you any contact or address details, who can remove these Chinese from our Facebook and personal lives.

I wish i had checked trustpilot before ordering from this company. This is a scam company, i placed an order with them the order was accepted then cancelled on the same day. The product is still for sale on there site and have still not had my money refunded. Total scam do not buy from this company..

The most poor excuse for company I've ordered a load of stuff despite everything being said and what people said was very true they saying I orded the stuff they send and yet my order confirmation has pictures of the items I wanted and some didn't turn up and the other was completely wrong and continued to tell me what they sent is what I ordered so they useless completely useless

If I could give this company no stars I would. How is this company still allowed to sell to UK customers?
Very poor quality clothes that look nothing like the online pictures. No returns label and when you contact them they offer you a fraction of the amount you paid in vouchers!!

If there was an option for no stars this company would receive it. I am adding my voice to others on here in the hope others will be able to avoid my mistake. Fortunately I paid via Paypal who were brilliant when I raised a dispute. Lifecoli.com is an utter scam, the products listed are NOTHING like the items you will receive. First, it appears they don't send anything until the customer raises a query then the items they send are just awful. I don't know what the material is but it's the kind of thing you find shredded inside cheap bedding. It is clearly not designed for humans unless they are very small with disproportionately smaller limbs. In my complaint to paypal I told them I wouldn't spend £20 on the items let alone the +£90 I had spent... This is overly generous... These clothes are worthless. The company immediately offered a partial refund which appeared to be a figure entirely plucked from thin air. I am of the view they do this in the hope most people will simply give up at that point and they can keep at least some of your money. They're scam artists playing a percentages game. I sadly fell for it but thanks to paypal I have not lost my money. Please just keep your money and shop elsewhere.

I was trying to buy some clothes from lifecoli. I opted to use PayPal as I prefer the buyer protection they provide. When I went to payment, I signed into PayPal and set up the payment although it hadn't actually gone through yet. Then the next page asked for credit card numbers to process the transaction. Immediately I knew this wasn't right. Thats exactly WHY you use PayPal, so that you don't have to give every retailer you card details and thus limiting the possibility of fraud! Its a shame because I really like the clothes on thier site. Does anyone know an actual good retailer that sells the same stuff that they have? Ive tried googling tactical clothes but they're not the same. Any help greatly appreciated 🙏

Ordered 17 Jan. 12th February, still not received, despite website saying ORDERS DESPATCHED WITH 48 HRS.

Pandemic/Brexit is a very poor excus for a modern e-commerce service. Their product MIGHT be good (wouldn't know because never received) but their distribution service something from the 1970s.
In nearly a month, not once did anyone proactively contacted me to say there would be a delay. EXTREMELY POOR, MAYBE SCAM.
Still NOT received REFUND. Sense I'll have trouble with these difficult AMATEURS.
Shame, like look of product, tried to sort late delivery discount. Pathetic response.
I'm always up for a gamble on unknow brands - proper stung this time....never again

Lifecoli is good site i have received the order very good quality product! part of my order received , the other part was out of stock, i got refund, i was happy with the service. but only problem the customer very slow to respond your request or email!

poor quality and terrible customer service. No return label in the parcel (should have been according to the website) so I'm expected to pay for return post to China or accept a £31 voucher on a £95 order

Bought £120 worth of clothes. Should have looked at the reviews before buying. It has been 2 months and I'm still waiting for 2 of the 4 items. I've asked for a full refund as the quality is extremely poor. Sleeves too short. Plastic feel. Printed badly. I've been told to ship the items back to China and when they receive the items, I will get a refund!!!!

Clothes are not as they are advertised false advertising please do not waste your money on this rubbish.asked them about refund and heard nothing< so angry.
