Looking at 48 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with declining product quality, noting issues like thin fabric, discoloration, items developing holes, and graphics peeling. People also frequently encountered problems with delivery services, including late or lost orders and inaccurate tracking. Furthermore, customer service was often described as unhelpful, difficult to reach, and unresponsive when trying to resolve issues. Horrible shipping. Order did not arrive in time for Christmas as advertised and took a week to even ship. So disappointed. Holiday is over and family is gone so overpaid for holiday shirts that won’t... See more

I actually really like their shirts, I’ve bought many. But if you want to return or exchange they are terrible. And there is no phone number to answer a question. Returning is basically a research pro... See more

The shirts used to be amazing. The last few times I purchased and washed, there was discoloration on the shirts. I never use bleach either. Very disappointing. Customer service is also sub par.

Horrible Experience

Overpriced merchandise, been waiting over 10 days for the delivery, and unprofessional comments from customer service. Horrible experience and never again.

Well made, but color is not as represented on web site

I like the product. The shirts are comfy and well made with nice designs. My only gripe is that I ordered a "jet black" t-shirt with a sunflower design that looked like a really dark "jet black" on the web site. The t-shirt I received was really a dark gray. I called their very helpful and responsive customer service (no phone wait time!), but he told me that is how their jet black looks. I had a prepaid shipping label to me by email within a minutes.

Love the shirts

Love the shirts. Never had a problem with customer service. Never had a problem with the shirts - minus one small issue, after much wear they will fade a bit. But they are the most comfortable shirts ever! Just bought sweatshirts and they are so cozy!!

lousy product, lousy after-care

ditto a prior review I saw here: I had the exact same experience. Would expect either better product or better after-service considering how much they charge for their product: " I bought several shirts over the years. I’ve loved their products. But their images started coming off and it looks very shabby. Life is Good’s customer service sucks!!! They brushed it off as “the shirts are two years old. So sorry.” Well, then.. put that on your product and website. “Will look worn and shabby in less than two years.” I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Womens shirts lower quality than mens

Mens shirts are fairly well made. Womens shirts aren’t even close. I bought several mens shirts that were well made and held up to lots of wash and wear. So I bought myself a handful of womens shirts. The material is shabby, they don’t hold up well to washing, barely making it through one season of wear. Low quality product.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. I received a shirt as a gift. New with tags. After several phone calls and emails I still can not get the right size. All I have been told is that I can send it back and the original purchaser will get it refunded to their credit card. There is no way to exchange it or get a gift card without the original buyer knowing I am returning it. Ridculous!

Bad customer service

The customer service people tell you what you want to hear and not the truth. I was told the warehouse sent my shirt but could not give me a tracking #. I know for a fact that if it has shipped they would have a tracking #. All I have gotten from these people is lies and they take no responsibility for what is happening. They had the nerve to offer me free next day shipping and 20% off on my next order. Why would I ever order from them again after all of the problems I've had with this order. We will see if I ever receive the shirt I payed for. if not, at least I payed through pay pall so I might have some recourse to get a refund.

This co has zero customer service at…

This co has zero customer service at this point. I was asked to review T-shirt’s I never received. I spoke to a gentleman in the Dominican Republic, who said he’d call with ship info and it would be expedited. Nothing happened (3rd contact). Initially emailed co x2- nothing happened, no response to emails. You’re donating 10% to kids in need but you can’t respond to a loyal customer? You’re a fraudulent co. No refund on cc, no tshirts. That’s a cool way to make money. Are you donating 100% of the money you stole from me to give to needy children? I’m a social worker and do actually help people. You don’t help anyone. Shameful, Monique

I LOVE THIS COMPANY

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! The quality of their products is very good, the sizes are perfect, it is exactly as pictured, and the product arrives on time. The one time it did not, they offered a 20% coupon. I love the creative designs on their clothing and the fact that part of their proceeds go to helping children in need is awesome. Their return policy is great too. Would recommend this company to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Other companies should model this one.

Very disappointed in Life is Good

I have hit a dead end in trying to hear back from Life is Good. I ordered something from Life is Good and it arrived defective. I contacted the company and they responded right away but since their initial response back to me, I have heard nothing even though I have contacted them with a question on three separate occasions.
