元々は人間用の目薬ですが、犬猫にも転用されているお薬だそうです。
入金完了メールが、入金終了後2日後(?)(3日以内にはされました)だったので少し不安になり、電話で営業時間外に問い合わせして留守電に入金完了メールが来ない旨問い合わせさせて頂きました。
次の日にはすぐ、問い合わせ内容の電話がかかってきて、
銀行入金だと人手で確認しているので1-2日程かかるとのご回答頂き
安心して到着を待つ事が出来ました。
日本に会社があるので問い合わせメール、電話も安心してできました。
また、お薬も良かったです。
