When I began with LifePoints I thought they were very professional. They were a good survey panel until they weren't.
Yesterday, I noticed that my previously processed rewards were returned to my points tally and the next morning I was instructed that my account " was not available ". I sent several help requests and heard nothing. I know they are a Lightspeed LLC under the Kantar Group.
I am a 71 year old individual on a fixed income and for an unknown reason they made sure they got that 20$ back. I have read about similar experiences on the New Jersey BBB site for Lightspeed. Look them up.
Just be careful because they start out good.
