Fantastic customer service

I was so delighted to have a conversation through phone with Mr Billy who was amazing, explaining every single step , when the signal wasn’t great, re-explained what need to be understood.That’s what l call customer service to the top. Understand , your customer, explain more, give more detail. The man deserves a reward with a big thumb 👍. Explain your product, give more information, make sure the customer understands. Billy you are 👍💫. If we have people working like you in every industry or business or company, our country will move swiftly with the speed of light, thus increase the turnover or revenue of the business.
Looking forward to sharing a beer or fish and chips with all of you somewhere in a corner of the country.

Organised a couple of insurances…

Organised a couple of insurances through the help of Connor at LifeSearch. Efficient and helpful service, Connor was professional but also highly personable throughout, which made the sometimes dreary task of organising personal insurances into something engaging and enjoyable. The insurances are also great value and better than the ones I sourced myself online. They also keep in touch with you over time so you have both their independent position and the insurance provider for help, support, and potentially switching products and providers later if needed.

Charles was really helpful to find a suitable income protecion cover to match my needs and not getting lost with dozens of providers, and also helpful to clear up all the "small" exceptions that many providers put within the policies. Recommended

Calls bordering on harassment after…

Calls bordering on harassment after telling multiple agents that I was no longer interested, and being given verbal confirmation of my 'removal' from call lists.

EDIT: A funny irony, since LifeSearch replied I have just had *another* call from one of their representatives, who I have now also instructed to remove my details from file.
