Good old fashioned customer service
This is a genuine company and please don’t get muddled up with any similar sounding company.
I bought a garden relaxer chair in June from a local garden centre and noticed only recently that one of the plastic feet was missing. I wrote to the company, via E-mail, explaining that I’m sure we haven’t lost it but can’t prove this, so asking to buy a new foot. Within an hour I got a response with a new foot being posted out to me FOC. What an amazing company! Good old fashioned customer service.

Failing ignition on patio heater I recently had an issue with the…
I recently had an issue with the ignition set up on my 15 year old patio heater supplied from Lifestyle Appliances
On contacting Lifestyle directly I had the pleasure of dealing with Phil Brookes who was not only very knowledgeable but extremely helpful
I was determined to get this appliance back up and running as it is fully stainless steel which is not the case with newer models
Phil sent me the relevant parts and my heater is now up and running like new
The level of customer service I received from Phil was exemplary and very unusual in today’s market
I cannot recommend this company highly enough

LFS105 BBQ request
I had a request to unit make of Lifestyle regarding an LFS105 BBQ unit. The service and response could not have been better. Jeanette responded to my initial email within 30 minutes. The matter was resolved within an hour and every aspect of the conversation with Lifestyle was prompt, polite, and very professional. The LFS105 unit is very attractive and functional for most bbq occasions when cooking for 4-6 people. I am very happy with the customer service I have received.
